VisitingThe Clark Center is a nonprofit charitable organization open 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm, Tuesday through Saturday, with docent tours every Saturday at 1:00 pm. General admission is $5 for adults and $3 for children and students with valid ID. For some exhibitions a surcharge is added. Center members are admitted free of charge. The Center showcases three to four exhibitions per year beginning the first Tuesday in September through the last Saturday in July. The gallery is closed during the month of August. Hanford Art BusThe Hanford Visitor Agency, KART, and the cultural institutions in Hanford have evoked the Art Bus, a free busline that will run every first Saturday in the month, starting from April 4. Through the Art Bus, the Center can be conveniently reached from the Amtrak station, where trains stop on the San Joaquin route from Bakersfield to Oakland/Sacramento with further bus connections to Los Angeles and San Francisco respectively. The first outbound bus leaves the Amtrak station at 9:45 am and the last inbound bus leaves the Clark Center at 3:30 pm. Buses are free and run at half hour intervals. The Art Bus connects all four cultural institutions in Hanford: the Carnegie Museum, Kings Art Center, Taoist Temple, and the Clark Center.
