Donations
The Clark Center is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Donors who make a charitable contribution to the Center can receive a deduction from federal income tax. Donors giving to 501(c)(3) organizations may deduct contributions representing up to 50% of the donor's adjusted gross income.
Donations are vital to the future of the Clark Center for:
- Restoring and maintaining works of art through conservation
- Continuing our commitment to high quality education programs and research
- Presenting innovative temporary exhibitions
- Purchasing key acquisitions
You can contribute to the Clark Center by:
- Giving cash personally in a Museum donation box
- Sending a cheque payable to the Clark Center
- Making a gift of quoted shares or securities. Generous tax benefits are available for donors of shares and securities listed on the stock exchange. Such gifts are exempt from capital gains tax and the donor will receive income tax relief on the full market value of shares at the time of sale.
