Written bids may be submitted to the attention of Cyndi Rocha, c/o The Clark Center for Japanese Art and Culture, 15770 Tenth Avenue, Hanford, CA 93230. E-mail bids should be sent to info@ccjac.org. Valid bids must include bidder's name, address and telephone number. Successful bidders must provide full payment for auctioned items by 5:00 pm, Monday, September 22, 2008. The Clark Center reserves the right to resolve any disputes concerning bidding, including but not limited to the right to reject any bid. The decision of the Clark Center shall be final and binding on all parties.
